ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE

“And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make…”

That famous last line, from The Beatles last album, Abbey Road , sums up Belleville’s own ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE, perfectly!

Celebrating the The Beatles for twenty two years…and raising in excess of a half million dollars for local & national charities, and disaster relief programs, the lads are calling it a career!

Twenty two years ago to the month, in their hometown where it all began:

All You Need Is Love will be performing their farewell concert for the “Empire Welcome Home Weekend”, Saturday, September 18 @ Empire Square Live, in downtown Belleville!

Ending as they started, this will be a fundraising event for “The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation”: supporting local women’s & children’s shelters!!

The band’s long and winding road has taken them throughout The USA, to Liverpool England, Mons Belgium, the high seas of The Caribbean, and back home again!

It’s been a long cold lonely winter, these past 19 months…And now it’s time to come together with family & friends, and get back to where we once belonged!

Let’s celebrate the timeless music of The Beatles, 60’s & early 70’s classic rock, and raise some much needed funds, for a truly worthwhile local charity.

CLASSIC ALBUMS LIVE

The internationally acclaimed “Classic Albums Live”, will be performing “CCR’s Greatest Hits”!

Classic Albums Live have one of The Empire’s most requested shows over our theatre’s history!

CAL have also been the foundation of our virtual presentations since the Fall of 2020…performing dozens of amazing shows, celebrating the greatest rock albums of all time!

MISS EMILY

The County’s own, and longtime Empire friend & favourite, Miss Emily is one of Canada’a fastest rising blues/soul artists!

She has become a fixture at major blues festivals, both nationally and internationally!!

Miss Emily is a recent two time Maple Blues Award winner, and she kicked off our “Music City Mondays Virtual Series”, in the Fall of 2020!

We are thrilled to have her back…live on stage!

The Empire will be following COVID rules and polices in place at the time of empire WELCOME HOME weekend

• Face masks are required for all those in attendance.  Mask must be worn whenever moving about the concert venue and may only be removed if you are eating or drinking
• Face masks must fully cover the mouth and the nose
• Entry will be REFUSED if attendee is not wearing a face mask
• Costume masks are not allowed
• Proof of vaccination is not required, as per the guidelines set out by the Ontario government reopening plan for outdoor gatherings
• Physical social distancing in line ups must be followed
• Hand sanitization stations on site
• Concert venue is cash free – debit/credit cards only
